Ssh-based Human Resources Management System Design And Realization

The informational process of enterprise has became an performance method in order to keep ahead with the development of the society and computer science. Human resource management system is one of typical management information system. It can not noly afford the information and data timely and complyetely, but also can reduce the statistics and give the different report to different people. It can also forcast the future according to the past information. So human resource managenment has become the important part of the enterprise management. This thesis introduces a human resource management system based on SSH. The system processes a good expansiblity and user experience because it uses the ExtJS technology to restore the data dynamically.The project is applied to the coal industry. Based on extensively analyzing and comparing to the domestic and international existing system, the author developed a powerful system. This thesis elaborated the whole devemopment process of the system, and illustrated the design and realizations details. The system includes seven sub-systes: personal assistant, personnel management, salary management, statistical form management, system privileges management, system configuration management and fixed amount management etc. While designing the system function, the author considered overall the present conditions and developing trends of human and salary management.At last, the feasibility and development process of the framework for the system builded on SSH is verified using a practical project.
