Design And Implementation Of Human Resource Management System Based On J2EE And ExtJS

Nowadays, due to the rapid development and popularization of computer technology, as well as the research methods and means of human resource management, how to use computer technology to improve the production efficiency and management level, more and more enterprises pay attention to. So the enterprise information management system was introduced a variety of auxiliary management, human resource management system enterprise management has become an indispensable important information management system.According to the real demand of enterprise human resources management, using the Web technology based on Browser/Server structure of today’s popular, and has carried on the system analysis and design details of the stratification of the use of technology to achieve J2EE Web service system, the use of Struts, Spring and Hibernate three kinds of framework, and the use of the user experience better ExtJS to make up for lack of SSH framework in the presentation layer.This paper describes in detail the design and implementation of the human resources management system, given the overall framework of the system, and introduces the realization process and some key functions in the system code.
