The Design And Implementation Of Human Resources Management System Based On ExtJS And J2EE

With rapid popularization and development of information technology, enterprises pay more and more attention to how to improve management and production in virtue of information technology. As an important business management information system, the importance of Human Resource Management System (short for "HRMS") is very important for business management. In order to adapt to economic development and enhance enterprise competitiveness, a reasonable and efficient Human Resource Information Management System must be formulated. It will transfer inefficient original manual management into automatic management. Therefore, the repetitive labor will be reduced; the production efficiency and management of enterprise will be improved, as well as the allocation of human resource capacity will be optimized.In this paper, in view of the actual demand of the human resource management system, the Author applied the B/S (Browser/Server) architecture based on Web, and analyzed the J2EE (Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition) Web Services Architecture System. On the premise of confirming the web layered architecture, this paper researched and analyzed three lightweight J2EE frameworks:Struts, Spring and Hibernate. Then the paper integrated the three frameworks in accordance with the system hierarchical structure, and added ExtJS front-end framework based on Ajax, to make up for the deficiencies in the presentation layer of SSH (Struts, Spring, Hibernate). Finally, this paper provided the whole technical architecture called ExtJS-SSH.This paper introduced JBPM (Java Business Process Management) workflow engine to improve the capability of streamlined business management. With business streamlined management template controlling the whole business process, the separating of the specific business logic and system process control logic was realized. Besides, it is very flexible and convenient for the system to change definition in business process.This paper gave a introduction to the design and implementation of human resource management system, raised the technical architecture and whole structure design, and introduced the application of JBPM workflow engine taking Staff Leave Application Process for example. Finally, the design and implementation of partial key functions of the system were written.
