The knowledge economy era is coming. As a typical knowledge-intensive industry, Television Company’s human resource has become the key to its development. In recent years, the industrialization and enterprise management of China’s TV media had been deeply developed. All that makes its issue, low economic benefit, gradually reduced which is due to the original political attribute. Today, with a diversified operation strategy, Television Company has a basic framework of enterprise management, but lack of an enterprise human resources management mode. So it is difficult to build an enterprise competitiveness for Television Company. Incentive is the important content of human resources. And an effective incentive is the guarantee of organizational development and the organizational goals’ achievement. Only effective incentives can construct an incentive mechanism in accordance with industry characteristics and make TV industry develop. And by those can motivate the employees and make the economic benefit and social benefit of TV media enterprise maximized.In2012, Guangxi TV news center and information channel were merged into GXTV news center and has a preliminary growth. However, under the condition of fierce competition of domestic and foreign TV media, we must perfect and develop GXTV news center’s employee motivation mechanism so that make it be a strong enterprise. This paper done a case study for GXTV news center and used a research methods of questionnaire to analyze the deficiency of existing employee motivation mechanism, namely unfair salary system, unscientific performance appraisal system, limited honor incentive effect and inadequate training system. Then, with the theories of economics and management, the author explored the causes of above problem. The end of the article, combining the above analysis and the own situation of GXTV news center, the author put forward a practical and scientific design of GXTV news center employees motivation mechanism and a series of measures to implementation.
