With the acceleration of globalization and integration of the world, China has widely participated in the international competition. Meanwhile, the international human resource is playing an increasingly important role, and the introduction of overseas intelligence is paid more attention to. Especially on January 3, 2015, the instruction made by the general secretary Xi Jinping reflected the strategic thought of global selection and employment, indicating the direction for the expansion of introducing overseas talents. Foreign employees play their vital role in more and more positions, but the research on human resource management of foreign employees has lagged behind, especially for those who work in state-owned institutions.From the 1980 s, the television station has been engaging foreign employees, and till now, Channel A and channel B, as two foreign-language-channels of this station, have a total of 50 foreign employees doing the job of translation, writing, correcting, dubbing, hosting and etc. Since the station has enhanced the goal of overseas promotion, foreign employees have made increasingly important contributions. But with the development of the channels, the turnover rate of the foreign staff has also increased significantly in recent years. This thesis intends to make a satisfaction survey among the foreign staff about the human resource management in these two channels to have a clear understanding on the status of human resource management, to analyze the factors influencing satisfaction, and to put forward countermeasures to provide reference for improving human resource management.Starting with the introduction of the background and significance of the satisfaction survey in the first part, the thesis introduced relevant theories about human resource management of foreign employees. In the second part, it expounded the research purpose, research content, research plan, and the design of questionnaire which was based on 5 dimensions(salary management, assessment mechanism, interpersonal relationship, working environment and career development) according to the actual circumstance of channels. In the third part, it dissected the results of the survey, summarized the existing problems and analyzed the causes for the problems. In the fourth part, it illustrated some advancing experiences about human resources management of foreign employees,and provided some advices from five aspects according to existing problems. Finally, the survey was summarized and prospected. The author hoped that the thesis could improve the human resource management satisfaction, provide references for other companies or institutions, and also provide the basis of guiding documents for governments and make contributions to the human resource management of foreign employees of China.
