With IT technology,the change of human resource management scheme is mature day after day,liberated from the bondage of the HR is the course started flying.But the arrival of this day,especially in the China undoubtedly become a reality,but also for some time.Guangzhou International Textile City as a symbol of the Southern China area of China of textile composite trading Park,the existing human resource management has been unable to meet business needs.In the company's business scale,the number of employees is expanding,the inherent mode of the human resource management has been unable to meet the enterprise management needs of the new department.With the global economic integration,network and talent economy,in the management to CEO as the core of the complex in a competitive environment for the survival and development of enterprises,more and more in need of a professional,integrated and collaborative and network tools for human resources management,to build the core competitiveness so as to support the team.The enterprise daily operation and strategic development,the function of such requirements is clearly not the OFFICE software and the Ministry of personnel of the human sea tactics competent.This topic through the analysis of the current situation of human resource management information system,and combining characteristics of Guangzhou international textile city actual human resources management,for the realization of a set of human resources management system design and.The system can realize the enterprise recruitment management,the wages of employes management,attendance,evaluation management,employee basic information query,the flow of personnel,salary report,financial report generation.Can not only convenient for managers to deal with the daily affairs of human resources,and human resources department staff recruitment,convenient calculation,the issuance of employee payroll,human resources system construction,human resource efficiency analysis,human resources planning,set up a more user-friendly,function more powerful,human resource management information system architecture design is reasonable.This paper adopts the design idea of MVC mode,combined with the company business of the actual human resource management system model layer,view layer,control layer of the hierarchical design,complete the overall architecture of human resource management information system design and network topology design is divided into several modules according to the actual needs of the system.The system uses ASP dynamic server page(Active Server Page)and SQL SERVER database.But also the use of C/S to realize client access.Finaly completed the design of database,modularization development idea to complete the system related module coding work,and the final work of software testing.This system use can be effective human resources management and administrative management,save a lot of manpower,material resources for the company,improve work efficiency,and laid the foundation for the company's business management system of solid scale management development.
