With the rapid development of China’s reform and opening-up process in depth and market economy,the demand for talent is increasing,personnel files on talent management is increasingly important,especially human resources service center to manage a large number of personnel files.Therefore,national reform of the personnel system in the background,to adapt the current status of the personnel policy adjustments,establishing a service center personnel file management system has important theoretical and practical significance.In this thesis,based on B/S multi-layer architecture technology,J2EE,MVC,and SSH techniques,and myeclipse 9.0,tomcat and SQL SERVER2008 development environment,the design and implementation of A City Human Resources Service Center File Management System is discussed.Firstly,based on the analysis of the present research situation of domestic and foreign service center personnel file management system and enterprise file management system and the existing problems,the actual requirement of the warehouse system of the center is obtained from four aspects,such as user roles,system function,system non-function,and feasibility.Secondly,on the basis of the demand analysis,the system architecture,framework,system function and database is designed and implemented.It is important to note that,the system is comprised of seven functions,the user login,graduate management,individual agent management,the unit personnel management,the dispatched personnel management,out of personnel management and system management.Finally,the running state is tested to verify the integrity,stability and security.Ben Xi City,A Province,is an important industrial city,and talent service center operations expanding the scale of the city,in the file manager,the traditional manual management model has been difficult to meet current business needs,design and development of computer-based management of personnel files of network technology system,help to further develop talent service center. |
