The customer is the foundation of enterprise survival and development, improvingthe relationship between commercial banks and customers is the heart of the strategyof commercial banks. For the bank’s image, customer relationships and market position,it is important to provide superior service for customers. Agricultural Bank of Chinaputs forward the new slogan "customer-centric", and decides to implement thecustomer relationship management (Customer Relationship Management, CRM)system, so as to help banks manage customer relationships, enhance customer servicelevels, it is also easy to strengthen the evaluation and management for the accountmanager.On the basis of surveying the related business of the Agricultural Bank andanalyzing the system building needs, the author designs the architecture of thecustomer relationship management system, and the author adopts the Microsoft NETtechnology to design the model of the system, the application of the system is dividedinto client layer, presentation layer, business layer and data layer. The system mainlyuses ASP.NET, ADO.NET, AJAX, and other core technology; constructing the systempresentation layer by the ASPX format; implementing the business layer by sessionASP.NET; the visit of the database is implemented by the entity Bean and ADO.NETtechnology in date layer. The deployment of customer relationship management systemadopts XML configuration files, it is help to the change of the system, and it alsoenhances the flexibility and applicability of the system.The bank customer relationship management system has an advanced, flexible,robust structure and good scalability. The successful operation of the system greatlyimproves the company’s operational efficiency, enhances the ability of the company toexplore customer value, at the same time, the system has also strengthened thecustomer service and marketing level for the account manager, thus improving thecompetitiveness and business performance for company.
