With the development of enterprise informatization,the informatization construction of human resource management is highly emphasized.Information systems have been set up for the management of basic staff information,the information of contract,training,expert,wage settlement,etc.However,situations like data inconsistency and sharing difficulties lead to the inefficiency of human resources system.For changing the present situation of Company's human resources management to realize the integration and management of human resource,it is necessary to build a unified and effective information sharing platform for the human resource management and to enhance the level of human resource management.Its main business includes the management of organization,personal allocation,,contract,salary,expert and training,etc.The system is designed and implemented for Company's human resources management.On the basis of analyzing of the development of human resources management system in China and abroad,this paper analyzed the workflow,functions and cases of human resource management system by adopting the method and theory of software engineering,the cross-platform Java development language based on the J2EE standard system structure,B/S architecture and MVC modules to realize the hierarchical design and Oracle database technology.On the basis of these,the system overall framework was designed;the key functional modules as organizational management,personal allocation,contract management and salary management were designed,implemented and tested.The system was proved competent for basic business target of human resource management system.The system aimed at the standardization of basic data management and building a normative and effective HR service platform,through taking full advantage of modern information technology,starting with the consolidation of the basic data of human resource management and the optimization of human resources service.The system is a platform for information sharing,staff internal flow management,which enables to accomplish the statistics,query,analysis in whole company.The actual application of the platform would improve the efficiency of Company's human resource management so that the human resource management system could be more beneficial in the service of the company's staff development strategy.
