The Human Resource Management System is developed for improving theefficiency of human resource management and achieving the function ofpersonnel information, wages management, system management, etc. In view of thecurrent management mechanism of small and medium-sized enterprises, it classifiesthe permission of the system user, increases the system ease of use and security, andeffectively improves the quality and efficiency of human resource management. Themanagement system adopts the B/S development mode and J2EE construction, and itmainly consists of the several big modules, such as the organization planning, staffmanagement, recruitment management, training management, salary management,mobilization management, statistics, user authorization management, and systemmanagement etc. First, the paper describes the research purposes and analyses thenecessity of the construction of the human resources management system. Second,after giving a detailed analysis of the actual demand of small and medium enterprises,the framework technology is applied to systems development, which based on theMVC design pattern and improved the software development efficiency and SoftwareReusability, effectively reduced the burden of the system building. The system hasmade a real time controlling of the whole enterprise personnel management process.According to the assessment conditions, the personnel information manager canoptimize personnel configuration for each department further, and let the top workersachieve rewards, and make the training plan for the poor performance of employee,etc.
