Human Resource Management System unifies almost all of the HR relative data (such as salary welfare, recruiter, carrier designing, training, position management, performance management, position description, personal information and history record.) with centralized data base, which forms a integrated information resource. The designing, developing and implement process of the Human Resource Management System is expatiated in this paper. This system design is based on UML which is a modeling language in visioning, expatiating, constructing and filing software intensive system. Besides, UML provides a clear profile and communicating tool for HR Management System. The system is developed under J2EE platform that provides multiplayer distributed application model, component reuse, consistent safe model and flexible affairs controlling. It will greatly meet HR Management System demand. The contents of the HR Management System are as the following: application supporting platform, HR management, system management, interior HR department and exterior recruiter department. HR management is the key part in this system and it includes organization construction designing, employee file management, recruiter, training, performance accessing, salary management and flexible form system etc. A complete HR Management System will be done by deploying and debugging. The system will help HR managers get rid of mass of daily work and concentrate on HR programming and policy with a friendly interface and cogent form creating tool.
