With the advent of world economic integration, as the financial sector enterprises, the company is no longer just in research and development, sales competition, but more important is to improve human resource management competition. Enterprises in the development process, it is necessary to maintain good customer relations, master of financial product sales ahead of the outside, but also need to have an art work has a very talented team, to the financial industry, the economic wave technology in the same mutation in industry pioneer. A financial companies use advanced human resources management concept of corporate human resources for rational management, computer and network technology to support the human resource management system improves the efficiency of enterprises, human resources management into the systematic, scientific decision-making process. Through human resource management system allows business managers to efficiently complete their daily affairs and personnel work, thereby greatly reducing the cost of human resources management; Meanwhile, human resources management system to collect and collate timely analysis of numerous redundant human resources management data provide strong support to the enterprise, in order to increase the likelihood of business goals to achieve.This paper focuses on the development of human resources management system was combined with a detailed analysis of the needs of the financial companies, financial companies on how to develop the human resources management system, this paper developed human resource management system is mainly to study the current situation of a financial company’s human resources management, for the main work of the human resources management system, this paper is as follows:1, the system development process is mainly top-down approach, this paper on a financial company’s human resource management system needs analysis, then according to a financial company’s human resources management demand function modules designed the system:recruitment management, training management, and other major modules.2, we use J2EE framework and JSP technology to develop the system, in order to make a financial company’s human resource management system scalability and maintainability, the system design process has also joined the MVC framework, using the MVC framework to further assist a certain financial company human resources management, making the system has a good scalability and maintainability; 3, after the completion of the system design of the system is also carried out functional testing and performance testing to ensure that the system is stable and secure.The system in the design process, the actual situation of a financial company for development. Realization of organizational planning, staff management, recruitment management, training management, compensation management, mobility management, statistical reporting, user rights management, system management, and other major modules.
