Design And Implementation Of Human Resource Management System Based On J2EE

In today’s computer and network technology under the background of highlydeveloped, depend on the system, flexible, rapid human resources management systemto realize effective human resource management, has caused the human resourcemanagement department and company management the universal attention, also is theenterprise widely adopted means.With the development of computer and network technology, the effectivemanagement of human resource has coursed the attention of managers, which hasbecome an important means the enterprise widely adopting.Based on detailed analysis of the research background, developing process andreaserch status, we developed a human resources mangement system with J2EEarchitecture, B/S sturcture, MVC pattern, Struts Spring and Hibernate framework andMySQL database technology, which has good expansibility and high compatibility andis easy to maintain.The main work of this thesis is listed as following.(1) Analyze the research background, developing process and reaserch status of thehuman resource management system, and propose main characteristics of the systemand main work of this paper.(2) Expound the system design goal, analyze the functional and non-functionalrequirements of the system, and give the establishment of system model.(3) Give detailed design and main function modules and safety protections.(4) Based on the requirement analysis and system design, realize the system withsoftware engineering knowledge.(5) Formulate detailed test scheme, do unit tests of the system, and analyze theresults.At present, this system has put into operation. According to the feedback, itperforms to be stable and safe and can satisfy daily work demand, which meet thedesign goal.
