In the aircraft design and manufacture process, there are many types of similartypical parts and typical feature. Aircraft parts are the important basic structure of theplane design, manufacturing and obtain higher efficiency and good performance. Thisarticle mainly aims at the characteristic of plane parts. The characteristic is manyvarieties, variable batch and complicated structure. This paper studies the parametricmodeling technology, and develops the parametric variant design system of aircraftparts in CATIA platform based on the CAA, it has the certainly realistic meaning toimprove the complex aircraft parts design efficiency.In this paper, the aircraft parts feature was analyzed and structure was divided. Theaircraft parts are classified according to the design features, and the feature parameterswere analyzed; On this basis, the application of CAA software to aircraft parts featuremodeling, the establishment of parametric typical parts and the typical feature templatelibrary; Based on the process modeling methods, the procedures section as designtemplates, carry on the packaging applications. This paper used CAA as CAITAsecondary development tools, using object oriented and visual interface programmingtechnology, to develop a parametric design system, the template with interactiveparameterization design, can achieve the similar structure, size different aircraft parts ofthe rapid design; On the basis of parametric design system, this paper developed avariant design system, which is aimed at the aircraft parts design of different local shapefeature and position features. In the design process, the use of Excel data table to carryon the corresponding management data, and to realize the design data for the reuse.The successful development of aircraft parts parametric variant design system willenhance aircraft structure design efficiency, shorten the product development cycle, andimprove the existing design resource utilization. |
