With the human capital theory is gradually accepted in theory and practice fields, more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to human resources development and management. Enterprise human resources management is a complex system, the personnel department as one important department in enterprise, which holds personnel files, personnel deployment, quality, compensation, performance, attendance management etc. However, many enterprises in order to promote rapid economic growth and raise income, increasing investment in fixed assets, while ignoring the development of human resource management and investment, and a waste of human resources, human resources data is incomplete, audit and access is difficulties, human resources data is difficult to share, to the enterprise’s overall work is difficult to grasp, do not facilitate information real-time query, modify and update. With enterprises scale expanding, the number of employees dramatic increased dramatically, making scientific, standardization and standardized human resources management system, improve the work efficiency, optimize the management mode, to achieve resource sharing, strengthen the department cooperation, improve the service efficiency, deepen the enterprise reform, reasonable personnel allocation, promote enterprise’s sustained, healthy and stable economic growth to provide tangible security has been become a urgent need.This article describes from actual demands of customer, according to software engineering theory, to require analysis, overall&detail design and system realization. Based on ASP and SQL Server2000database, the system achieves the setting of personnel management, recruitment management, training systems and remuneration systems and completes business online processing of recruitment, personnel arrangements, work assignments, training, compensation and human resources management issues.The system adopts humanized design, each module is simplified as much as possible the user and the operator’s input, and has various system hint, to make it easy to use for users. The system has been normal operation, the basic satisfy the business enterprise personnel management requirements.
