Human Resources Management Integration SystemHuman resources refers to the sum of the intellectual work capacity and physicalwork capacity of personnel to promote the social and economic development.Human Resource Management is a general term for a series of right of enterprisehuman resource policy and management activities. These activities mainly refers to thedevelopment of Enterprise Human Resources strategy, recruitment and selection ofpersonnel of enterprises, compensation management, performance management,safetyand health management. Namely: the use of modern management methods, throughplanned, organized, and the corresponding control and coordination of a series ofactivities such as human resources candidates, educating people, keep people andemployers to conduct a comprehensive planning in order to achieve for the enterprisefaster development goals to achieve a management behavior.With the rapid development of the INTERNET, the concept of human resourcemanagement has become increasingly subject to the attention of the majority ofgovernment departments and enterprises, and some development in recent years.Traditional management has been increasingly unable to meet the timeliness,security,preservation requirements of the government departments and enterprises of humanresources. Today, human resources is no longer a simple personnel management in thetraditional sense, has gradually risen to a high degree of relationship to enterprisessurvival strategy, closely related to the survival and development.Today, the world has entered the era of globalization, informatization, marketization,global economy dominated by knowledge-based economy. under the new situation, theinternal human resources management system containing change, management modelsinto human resources management model for the network based on Internet/intranetcomputer network platform.In order to improve the efficiency of enterprises, standardize enterprise personnelmanagement, enhance human resource utilization, reduce labor costs to facilitate theleadership decision-making, the development of the development needs of human resource management system is imperative for the enterprise.In this paper, human resource management theory, combined with the No.1DrillingTechnology Service Company of Daqing Drilling&Exploration engineeringCorporation, using the latest network system development tools. NET, and unifyingpatform, collaborative applications is the basic characteristic, the development of humanresources integrated management system, detaileddescribed the development process ofa complete human resource management system.In this paper, human resource management system based on C/S structure. NETtechnology, has good compatibility and scalability, with the security of NET and SQLServer2000, this system has excellent security, while access control involving thedatabases.In data acquisition, the systems use existing network resources for transmission toachieve remote data transmission, the automatic extraction and calculate of various typesof statements, and generate standard reports, saving a lot of time in the statistical work toimprove the efficiency of the statistical work, make data management professional,informational and fast.
