Nowadays, the human resource(HR) management in most of enterprises in China is still placed in 'business processing level' , such as personal information management, salary, welfare, insurance and ect. Involving little of 'business process level ' and 'strategy management level' . With the fast development of these enterprise, the traditional personal management has already faced huge challenges, more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to the following questions: whether the current HR structure matches the business processes, how to develop the employees' core specialty and technical abilities to draw up the homologous HR, how to make a plan according to the strategic target, how to hold the employees' real-time performance. My research in the software of the human resource management system(HRMS), is exactly to satisfy such needs.This paper systematically describes the realization process of the general use of HRMS in J2EE which is based on function of the HR management information system that outward enterprises (human resource professional service) send the employee outside. This system can be used to study and analyze the information-based management method of the human resource in enterprises, help to raise the whole management level. It is convenient enough for the human resource manager' s usage of enterprises, and thus can improve the working efficiency of the enterprises.In this paper, the whole system structure, network structure, the system function characteristics of system are introduced first. Secondly, I made detail. The current experiment results are given, further steps for improving the system functionality are concluded, and the further research points are also listed in the paper in the end.
