Information is an important element of life in today’s society has been into every cornerof our life, especially in the fierce competition in the commercial field. The accurate and rapidaccess to information means in the same industry competition one step ahead, or even to turnthe tide effect. But in the developed abnormal network today, everywhere is full of falseinformation garbage. How to get useful information quickly and accurately in the enterprise,to play its due role in business? We found a solution for enterprise--ERP.Enterprise resource planning (Enterprise--Resource Planning ERP) system is based oninformation technology, a systematic management idea, decision-making managementplatform for the enterprise managers and staff. ERP is a product of the management idea andmodern information technology, is born to solve the information management problems ofenterprise. Based on the human resources module in ERP as an example, describes in detailthe status of ERP in the activities of enterprises and the development process and examples.This paper first describes the ERP production and the historical development process,and introduced the development situation at home and abroad. Introduced the now influentialforeign producer ERP SAP, ORACLE, JDE, INFOR and domestic ERP manufacturersUFIDA, Kingdee etc.. And about the performance of their products and the advantages anddisadvantages. Development and examples of C++development and language Visual todevelop HRMS system application platform of Visual.net and then introduces. Databaseplatform SQL Server2005and MD5code encryption technology.Secondly, according to the enterprise daily HR work flow, we develop the resources ofERP module in HRMS system. Through the analysis of enterprise human resource departmentwork, we give the basic functions of the HRMS recruitment, entry, turnover, turnover,attendance, salary six parts of the business flow chart. Through the research on the content ofthe six part we design the total function of HRMS system, and gives the corresponding sixportion of the data flow diagram. At the same time, we according to the relevant contents ofdaily business human resources departments involved, designed the HRMS system databaseHRMSDB. And the table structure and data of the database dictionary.Finally, we follow the design and development of HRMS system, and run the test.Evaluation of the role of the system in ERP, and looked forward to the prospect of ERP.
