With rapid development of information management technologies, in order to build environment about resource sharing and cooperate working from the higher level, with high-speed network, design and implement Web-based Human Resources Management System, to achieve the purpose of resource management and meet the actual demand of university user groups.According to the practical management and teaching resource of YuLin College, analyzing the human resource requirement of the College, based on Asp.net technology and Visual Studio 2005 development environment, using Sqlserver 2000 to establish the background database, designed and implemented the Human Resources Management System based on Asp.net. First, based on .NET's three-layer structure of human resources management system established the overall framework, the system implementation is divided into presentation layer, business layer and data layer three levels. Second, design the function modules of Human Resource Management System, divid it into two categories, and compare their functions, design goals and the implementation ways, given the cooperation work relationship of core application modules. Third, do some research about classification user purview control to develop the system user's access level, dividing sub-domain system data of system resources; according to the difference of classification user, defining the user menu and the content of the corresponding rights; At last, testing performance and analyzing results of Human Resources Management System from five aspects:the system function, performance, user interface, security and access control, compatibility, The feasibility and validity of the system have been accordance with the design requirements.In this thesis, Human Resources Management System has achieved the information management about departments, offices, staff, attendance information, salary, recruitment and human resources information online exchange, etc, so as to achieve centralized control of information, software owns high maintainability and reusability, reduces the user load, has more comprehensive safety. The system can apply to Windows Server 2003 and IIS 6.0, the system functions well and has high performance after testing and debugging, meets the designing requirements.
