With the continuous expansion of business scale and increasing competition in the market, how to give full play to one of the core assets of each enterprise---Human Resources has become the key to improve efficiency. The development model for enterprise human resource management system not only avoids inefficient, defects of arbitrary and many human factors, but also in order to give full play to the initiative on people's thoughts, psychological and behavior of proper management, control and coordination. The enterprise has to put employees'talent, something right in and appropriate personnel to achieve business goals.Rational Unified Process Iterative development, demand-driven and based on a reasonable framework for the development of a series of guidelines for software engineering provide visibility into the management mechanism of the development process; in the visualization software modeling, validation and control of software quality changes, etc., for all critical development activities for each member provide the necessary development of guidelines, templates and tools to guide and ensure that all members share the same knowledge basis and establish a simple and clear process structure, to provide the development process greater versatility.Because of its well-defined, easily expressed, powerful and universally applicable characteristic, Unified Modeling Language (UML) that has become the de facto industry standard software integrates the current number of key concepts and object-oriented technology.In this thesis, I use the object-oriented modeling methods, Rational Unified Process by means of a sound mind and UML unified modeling language, to analysis the company's human resources management system requirements and modeling design. In the business described in the basis of analysis, using the UML use case diagrams are the organization management, personnel management, labor contracts, recruitment management, performance management, training management, compensation management, labor discipline management, and system management needs analysis. I give the four modules, corresponding class diagram and class model also to describe the interface design. I analyze the distribution of the actual use of the company, and design the company's system model and network topology, and corresponding system hierarchy. With expressed sequence diagram organizational management, personnel management, recruitment management, labor contracts and functional design.I analyze and design process to optimize the internal processes of human resources management system, the unified management of human resources-related data, making it an effective information system, and ultimately help companies to human resources planning and implementation.
