With the rapid development of economy and society, the business environment in the knowledge explosion insured the long-term competitiveness, it is necessary to improve the competitiveness of human resources. View from the social status, the contemporary business competition is no longer the primitive accumulation of human, the accumulation has been completely turned to the knowledge and technology to the level of competition from the primitive accumulation of these two kinds of competition for business talent competition.The corporate talent competition is the ultimate expression of corporate human resources development, management and utilization levels and ability that enterprise to form their own human resource competitiveness, this is the era of knowledge economy each enterprise should be to compete in the battlefield. The interaction between the work of almost all currently applicable to human resources management concept shared a unified database, the information function module, employee self-service systems, multi-platform, multi-system letter and share services and reduce the cost of the information and ergonomics improve.This paper describes the implementation process of the human resources management system, and Struts and Hibernate technology described in the application of the system. In this paper, the status of human resources management for enterprise information and systems detailed needs analysis, the final design of the human resource management system. In the design and development process, relatively mature commercial human resources management system, and, ultimately, according to the actual needs of the enterprise information system functions and technically innovative design. The system to achieve the organizational structure of the human resource management, job management, recruitment management, training management and compensation management function. System design, architecture design, and analyzes the presentation layer, control layer and data persistence layer design. Then the detailed design of the system to achieve the detailed study of the key issues in the system and gives a solution. Finally, the function and performance of the system tested, the final result to meet the system design requirements.
