Operating mechanism in line with international standards, the complex and ever-changing environment requires companies to human resources as the center, implementation of work flow, information flow, capital flow overall pooled to effective data analysis to quantify the "person" evaluation, and thus the development of enterprises to provide effective decision support.Human resource strategy for enterprise development is an important part of this article from the application point of view, to build Pertochina Shandong marketing company human resources information system project for the background, a comprehensive idea of the use of components, using object-oriented method of multidimensional data model of logic modeling. System uses a Microsoft SQL Server 2005 as a data warehouse server platform foundation, set up after the source database through SQL Server's DTS (Data Transformation Service) service tool to create data warehouse fact table and dimension table, prior to implementation into the database extract, testing, cleaning, conversion, transmission; through the Analysis Services to set up multi-dimensional data sets in order to achieve OLAP operation. Of data mining, presents a practical system architecture framework, the multidimensional data model, data mining tools and knowledge base of the combination of information and efficient implementation of the excavation, and a detailed description of the flow of knowledge acquisition steps, the formation of self-knowledge and effective learning system.Through the above-mentioned technology, to create a robust human resource information system platform project, will be operating throughout the entire enterprise of which a large number of historical data, re-use, re-analysis of existing data into the availability of knowledge in order for the enterprise managers to provide decision support, the provision of pre-contracting capacity.
