With the popular of the Internet and Web2.0 applications, business developed into the information age. Business management practices and business models without the use of modern, information-based means, it is difficult to maintain in the information age sensitive sense of smell and high degree of flexibility and efficiency. Companies often spend a great deal of manpower and material resources to the recruitment, training, management staff, while in practical work, they cannot give the Maximum capacity, or a serious staff turnover, cause some unwanted or embarrassing situation.resulting. In order to achieve efficient staff acquisition and processing of information science, solve the human resources structural imbalance, so that the enterprises could create the highest efficiency, so we designed and developed the human resource information collection and processing systems.In this thesis, we designed and implemented a post data collection and processing systems basised on a human resource services company’s requirements.This system uses XML HTTP technology for data collection and use SQL Server as a database management, management historical data collection. After the data was collected, we can sent it to the Web browser to display, and you can also send data to the relevant management systems what are for data analysis and other purposes.The amount of datum processed in the logical layer, which transfer them between the client and server-side only the incremental data transfer, and use the processing power of the client platform display graphics. Compare with the Web browser layer by various technologies, this paper take Asp + JavaScript + XML HTTP as the program, the Asp write back logic, combined with JavaScript and XML Xcelsius processing and analysis of data with Google Map. Wish the B/S Human Resource Management and Development project could help the Human Resources Ltd job employers can fully grasp the information and business personnel information, Providing reality staffing, so as to achieve balance between supply and demand of the employees, who work to improve matching accuracy, improve efficiency, human resource management analysis and make more specific.The main content of this thesis is to introduce a combination of Xcelsius and Google Map in human resources acquisition and analysis system.The system is capable of the greatest amount of extracting data from the Internet through multi-point collection technology, and then use Xcelsius to generate the graph analysis.The system also uses the secondary development technology of Google Map to get the location between job seekers and enterprise.This method as a new design will get more attention in the future.In this project I was responsible for the test group, while participating in the pre-system design.
