Human Resource Management is an important part of enterprise management. However, with the advances in modern technology and the diversification of the enterprise development, traditional human resource management is unable to meet the needs of the modern enterprise. In order to make human management more standardized, introduction of human resources management system to enterprise is necessary. An excellent human resources management system can enhance the efficiency of human resource management, fully realize the value of employees, improve resource utilization, and thus reduce operating costs, improve business operations status, and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.The paper develops a human resource management system for Goldonn Wealth company. The system, based on B/S model, was developed in J2 EE framework, and SQL SEVER Database was used to provide the saving function. The details of the research are as follows:1. During the development of the system, some technologies were used, such as J2 EE architecture, and Internet technology. The system was divided into three levels. JSP technology was used in the presentation layer, Struts technology was used in the logical control layer, and Hibernate was used in persistence layer;2. Based on the analysis of performance and function requirements, the Organization module and database were designed.3. Combined with the requirement analysis of system, the system was developed and coded using Myeclipse software. The system was implemented in many specific features including landing module, personnel management module, recruitment management module, training management module, compensation management module and incentive management module;4. The function and performance of the system were test by black-white box testing method.5. In conclusion, according to the test result, the system meets the enterprises’ requirements and qualifies for practical application.
