In today’s information age, computer and network technology has been widely used; the traditional competitive model has been transformed into information technology and network competition. Effective management of enterprises has become an important factor in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises; with the development of enterprise information management human resource management system came into being. Compared to production, sales, effective human resource management has become an important way to increase profits, and gets more and more attention by many enterprises. But only limited to simple traditional personnel management human resources management system can not meet the enterprise’s information technology development, the past ERP systems are based on production and sales process for the center developed, and as time goes on, the enterprise financial management and human resource management also has been widely used. In terms of human resources management, human resource is the resource of the enterprises, as carriers of knowledge become the object of enterprises rely on, people-oriented concept of human resources in the organization makes the increasingly prominent role. ERP Human Resources Management System is bound to play its important role. The Human Resources ERP systems and production systems, financial management ERP system together constitute the enterprise resource system for the full range of enterprise solutions for decision-making.A company for the development background of this paper, it describes the human resource management status of A and the analysis of lacking, designs the system to meet the human resources development needs of its ERP system. The system includes three main modules such as staff planning, personnel management and performance management. The system is mainly through business talent development strategy needs to develop a talent for business development planning, and develop a complete management plan for staff recruitment and training, and through the staff files, employee contracts and personnel changes in the effective management of staff to achieve the staffs’performance appraisal.This paper through the system requirements analysis, system design, system implementation, discusses the different stages of system testing personnel planning, employee performance management, and records management in the design and implementation process. In this paper, Oracle developer2000is a development tool, Oracle Form Builder is used to develop interfaces, and Oracle Report Builder is used to develop the report, and the system is based on C/S development model. Following the software engineering development methods, it designs a scalability, maintainability, stability and efficiency human resources ERP system.
