Along with computer's popularization and computer science technology dramatic development, computer is more and more used to solve practical problem. Enterprise information level plays an important role in enterprises' development. Human resources department is a core department in a modern enterprise, and it has great differences of the traditional personnel management. Now the managers of human resources department will face more policy changes as well as changes pops up in enterprise cooperation and merger. They are also face a series of questions like recruitment and manpower cost control; Different staff to cultural demand; Staff's training and so on. Moreover, the human resources department must let the staff understand company's significant events, as well as financial details like their wages and welfare. Building a human resources information management system is an essential choice to accomplish a competitive enterprise cultural environment. This system must be able to cater to enterprise's policy and the operation flow; integrate the information inside and outside the enterprise and carry on the renewal and the management to staff's information of various levels.This thesis gives a general analysis of human resources background and current development status at home and abroad. It illustrates the main problem of system implementation. It stresses the system target, design rules, structure, modules functions and so on. It also analyzes the core business, user interface design; system interfaces and provides specific methods of implementation.Here are the key problems solved by this thesis:First, offer comprehensive and real data support to company decision-making by enhancing the betimes, accuracy and integrity of human resource data.Second, reduce massive repeated human resource work, increase work efficiency and reduce manpower cost to get the basic human resource data as much as possible.Third, establish and accomplish staff documents management, establish basic information database for staff.Fourth, carries on standardized management to staff's post, wage and welfare; establish the staff attendance system.Fifth, obtain functions of data printing and memory.
