With the rapid development of LAN of campus and Internet, each trade isimproving their own informational level to enhance their adaptability andcompetitiveness constantly, which has been a trend. As a base to train high-qualitytalents, higher education should be in agreement with fast changing society all the wayby developing the administration. This the study on informational and digitizedadministration of higher education is rather important. In recent years, because of theenlargement of the students scale and the increase of the graduates of the university, it isimportant and necessary as well to build an university human resources informationadministration system.Though most of the universities have established related Student StatusAdministration System and Student Administration System according to their ownactual conditions and features, the Systems are rarely concerning on university humanresources information system and far less on visiting of outside college personnel. Inorder to adapt to social development, it is in need of maintaining a close tie betweenuniversity and graduates, university and enterprises, and graduates and enterprises. Themajor purpose of the University Human Resources Information System is to build abridge among graduates, university and enterprises. And to provide as many properinformation as possible for them.In this thesis, based on the research of Inner Mongolia Electronic InformationVocational Technical College and combined with the practical work of UniversityHuman Resources Administration, a set of University Human Resources AdministrationSystem is designed. Focused on the multi-client feature of the System, it is under theIntranet/Internet environment and has both B/S Pattern. The system unites B/S structuresystem and chooses Microsoft SQL Server2008to design and found the systemdatabase, and also being developed by using JSP as the web language. Graduates willobtain enterprise information conveniently from it, and university will learn theemployment situation and analyze the working rate easily through it. The Systemprovides a fast and easy way for university to check out the information about enterprises employing and the their feedback on the graduates. It is helpful to improvethe educational administration and realize a mordent and informational UniversityHuman Resources Administration System.
