The work of safe standardization system is complicated; many documents and records are needed in the construction and operation of the system. In traditional mine enterprises, safety information management includes information collection, classification and transmission, which are manually completed and fail to meet the demand of modern safety management.Based on practical situation in Fankou Lead-Zinc Mi, this paper focuses on safe standardization system, and an entire database with data of safety standardization system is built in it. This database provides a flexible, convenient and dynamic management platform for mine enterprises, with the help of which, timely and reliable data sources are available for staff to query data and make decision and the safety management can be more scientific and systematic. The main contents and results are as follows:(1)14important elements of mine safety standardization are integrated in the information platform of safety standardization system to create the function modules, including system management, safety standardization element management, mining site safety management, tailing dam safety management, graphic statistics, statement analysis, personal affairs management and information publishing platform, etc.(2) An information platform is designed by the mixed construction of B/S and C/S based on OOP (object oriented programming) method and follows the classic3-tire structure--client, interlayer and server. Microsoft.NET platform, SQL Server2005database and C#programming language are also applied. Various systems are integrated seamlessly by the technology of smart client, making auto update and single sign on of the system possible, which not only guarantees security, but also provides great convenience.(3) Powerful database management system and information publishing platform are established. Users can search, update and save data, and publish safety information with relevant functions. More information resources can be shared, less paper will be wasted and work efficiency will be greatly improved.This information platform can improve safety control staffs’ ability of data processing for safety management. Staffs are able to monitor accident potential in data sources and send information to relevant staffs through alarm platform. Therefore all risks can be prevented in advance and safety standardization management and enterprise safety performance can be continuously improved.
