Nowadays, the rapid development of computers and other information technology have brought more and more high-efficiency of enterprises management and production.The attention of many companies has been changed from productive labor productivity to the construction of information technology, with mature technology, essayless operation and high-efficiency of business have been treated as the mainstream. As a pillar industry in China, the specific information technology has also been applied to production work of the coal industry, in addition to enhancing production efficiency, coal mine production safety is also provided. More and more people begin to research that how to further exploit information technology for coal mine safety production.In this essay, based on the importance of coal industry research and the existing applications, we design and complete the Mine Safety Information Management System which is based on B / S network structure, using Ajax technology and XML technology to achieve asynchronous data transfer. Mine Information Management System is divided into two parts: the subsystem of server-side which can process the total pre-alarm and subsystem of managing information on coal mine production safety. In this essay, pre-alarm subsystem implement logic of the system detail, relying on devices posited on coal mine which collected data from the underground mine, we can get the production environment parameters, coal mine production safety parameters and so on. These parameters includes personnel, equipment, time, region, etc. Through analyzing these data, system can determine whether the environment of coal mine is abnormal, and find problems and avoid accidents. The latter is the main part of the system, which is based on B / S structure, and uses Ajax technology to implement asynchronous data transmission. This system can implement functions like information management of staff, equipment, mine production, staff attendance, monitoring and system maintenance. After the client receiving a user request, the server will correspond the request to the logical processing stage and then get the results, which are displayed by XML technology and transferred to the browser. The browser does not need to update all client data, only changes data which is requested by users, thereby reducing the page response time and improve system performance.
