No doubt that coal mine safety has become a hot spot of social concern, not only for the socioeconomic impact, a more direct bearing on the safety of mining personnel. Coal mine safety problems arising from one of the reasons why the situation is harmful to the monitoring and control, there are some shortcomings; In addition, various system in coal are mutually independent, not only caused information exchange problem, but also caused inconvenience for the unified management.With the state's coal mine safety production management more and more standardized, enhanced production of coal mine safety supervision, equipment requirements of the mine not only more comprehensive function, the communication also must even more real-time reliable, in order to keep abreast with the query information to monitor site security monitoring.At this point, according to some application of mine fields, propose a very high cost-effective fieldbus communication system, that is CAN-bus program, to address the issue of mine communications system.CAN-bus communication system for underground coal mines which can not only enhance the reliability of communication system to extend the distance between the system, the expansion of the system nodes, but also to enhance real-time systems.Meanwhile local area network based on Ethernet technology, and the front center CAN bus interconnection node or gateway embedded, not only improves the control of management depth at the scene, but also increases the maximum number of nodes in the CAN, the expansion of the system network scope. This is where the innovation of this paper.Based on ARM7-core LPC2292 chip embedded hardware platform, theμC/OS-II real-time operating system development has its own unique features, users can directly use the system function of the interface to write their own application program, without further development substantially more convenient for the user to program the software, to shorten the development cycle, improve the efficiency of the development. ARM7 LPC2292 controller based on the CAN-bus and Ethernet communication, in the course of the experiment runs well and works stable.
