Mine safety and quality standardization based on coal mine production safety is the main content and the fundamental way to establishing a long-term mechanism of coal mine safety. In accordance with the general requirements of "considering the real situation of Shanxi, highlighting the characteristics of Shanxi, establishing Shanxi standard", Shanxi Coal Mining Industry Department follows the leading ideas and integrated methods and further regulates the coal mine production construction practices based on the State Administration of Coal Mine Safety Quality Standardization, to form coal mine safety and quality standardization standards with characters such as mechanized mining automation, bolting integration, centralized control of main transport, fast shipping, intelligent ventilation, and information management.Shanxi Coal Transportation and Marketing Group developed a management information system on coal mine safety and quality standardization, in order to make the coal mine safety and quality standardized, networked and transparent. Such a system development is based on "Shanxi Coal Mine Safety and Quality Standardization standards and assessment rating system", in combination with the workflow evaluation system on the safety and quality of the Shanxi Coal Transportation and Marketing Group. It is also analyzed based on system requirements, integrated and detailed design; and implemented with tools such as the Visual Studio2005development tools, Developer Express.NET2007third-party plug-ins, the C#object-oriented programming language, and the SQL Server2005database technology system. According to the needs of the system, the system implements the B/S and C/S design modes, reports information about the Group, Branches, and collieries mine safety and quality standardization; achieves the recording, analysis and reporting related to the Group, Branches, and collieries coal mine’s standardized entry examination results; implements hidden mine safety input, processing, acceptance and analysis; and accomplishes system information setting. This thesis describes the development and implementation of the system based on the C/S design mode. The system development is conducive to the Group Company (region), affiliated companies (County) and collieries on timely supervision and management of mine safety; beneficial to standardize the assessment work, improve work efficiency, openness and fairness; help to improve safety awareness and quality of staff; favorable to safety production closed-loop management; helpful to establish a comprehensive database of safety and quality standardization system, and provides reference for future production safety.
