With the rapid development of network technologies and computer technology andmodern management level of coal enterprises to further improve the digitization projectof mine to become an inevitable trend of development. Security is the top priority ofmine production, in the process of coal mine safety production, an increasing number ofsecurity-related issues and technical issues, in particular security managementinformation needs to be collected in a timely manner, fast processing, timely feedback,and can use this information for statistical analysis, and find out, formulatecorresponding measures for coal mine safety production and leadership decisions.Application of coal mine safety information management system is a means of moderncomputer technology on security information management.This thesis is to address the problem, based on B/S three-tier architecture modelarchitecture, based on the specific Jining II coal mine safety management processes, theuse of workflow modeling technology, research and implementation of Jining II coalmine safety information management systems. System Design Jining II coal mine safetymanagement from the actual needs, through the original security information Jining IIcoal mine data, information management and security evaluation content analysis, andconsider the characteristics of the entire management system, using the data as a centerdesign means, that the data requirements analysis, definition of the data to meet theneeds, and then design the appropriate database to store the data, and finally to designappropriate management procedures, designed to take full account of data integrity andsecurity, front and consistent data management, application program not only to use thedatabase of the original data, but also to extract data from a database and processed toobtain process information twice or three times.In this thesis, in accordance with object-oriented software engineering approach tomine safety information systems requirements analysis, system design, system modeling,build solutions workflow model. In the implementation phase the WEB service NET3.5framework, background database using SQL SEVER2005database managementsoftware system’s future development using the VS2008, JavaScrip other tools. The entire software web interface design beautiful, friendly, and information managementprocesses comply with the actual business model, information display informative, meetthe requirements of coal mine safety management information.
