A new set of man-machine solutions(man + hazardous gas detection devices + communication device)about pre-alarming of security information was developed based on the concept of security management of "Man and Machinery joint Defense". This solution overcome the problems of passivation and reliable applications of traditional sensors for it solves the reliability problems by detecting hazardous gas underground and the Inoue's adaptive calibration. The design and the implementation of mobile mine equipment's hardware and software system were completed.The mobile terminals for safety information of coal mine are an important part of safety monitoring system of coal mine. The hardware system which use LPC2103 based on the ARM7 architecture as a core processors was set up. The gas sensor TGS6812 and the digital temperature and humidity sensors SHT11 were used for data collection in mine, and SZ05 series of embedded wireless communication module based on ZigBee communication protocol was used for voice communications and digital communication between the terminals and the base station, and voice chip MC14LC5480,Mike and microphone was used for acquiring of the speech coding signals and input &output of analog audio .Based on the hardware system, the software realizes the functions of data acquisition and process of gas thickness,temperature and humidity; calling between the monitor computer and terminals, calling between terminals, sending the relevant information automatically to base station or host computer by embedded wireless communication module, receiving and dealing with the commands from the host computer, driving status indicators and alarming circuits, etc. Finally, the terminal system was experimented and debugged, and software of PC Monitor was programmed to test the terminal system. The results showed that the system runs normally, full-featured, which achieved the desired demands.
