Selection of three-dimensional human resources is an important means of contemporary human resources management. Specific performance of its important role is: to satisfy the internal and external recruitment needs of employers, to meet the needs of job hunting and employment of workers, to improve the electing efficiency and effectiveness of work position, to enhance the targeted employability of workers and position matching.Focusing on the three-dimensional evaluation of the recruitment system of human resources, this thesis studies on the construct of selection network systems of three-dimensional human resources.Based on the standardized study of many elements effecting the three-dimensional evaluation and recruitment, it divines the types of selection of three-dimensional by combing with the reference method, determines the course of training exercises and the results of evaluation index system, and makes selecting plans for the training data and business logic model.By web architecture, data bus, workflow, model base, and other technologies, this thesis gives an effective solution to three-dimensional system of human resources involved in the selection of the diversity and complexity of data exchange, etc, to make human resources line selection process more flexible, and realize three-dimensional conformal post competency model and talent appropriate Competence Model for dynamic management and online matching. Thus it builds up a application and technology system of three-dimensional human resource selection.In this thesis, object-oriented software technology is used to realize a system of selection of human resources by three-dimensional methods. The results showed that the proposed technological system and implementation of programs, and the development of three-dimensional human resource selection system that can greatly reduce both supply and demand of human resources job recruitment costs, improve accuracy and personnel and position match fit, the timely process and feedback of scientific human resources supply and demand information, effectively promote the upgrading of human resources agency and service industry , scientific change and sustainable development.
