In the times of knowledge and information growing geometrically, reasonable knowledge management can quickly and accurately locate the information they need which is the effective way solve the useful information-absent. With the rapid development of Internet technology, the knowledge of WebX.O times has more rich and diverse forms, especially the micro contents that contain the mass information, which are generated under the Web2.0 environment, are more various, and make the form of knowledge management have a breakthrough, while can't be confined to the traditional management mode. Therefore, it is an urgent task to come up with the effective programs that aim to manage the knowledge of micro contents. That is, in the times of Web2.0, how to develop, manage and utilize the micro knowledge effectively under the micro contents environment is a very worth studying and concerning problem.This study inspired by the long tail theory and six degrees of separation found the core idea and supporting point of various social software under the platform of Web2.0.By the long tail effect finding that the micro contents, especially from which extract the micro knowledge, both are very important value. Due to the flexibility, originality, mass, communicability, interactivity and other features of the micro contents, which make the micro knowledge, have own attributes and characteristics.In the whole process of study, this paper mainly adopted literature search, comparative analysis, qualitative research, interdisciplinary analysis and other methods, with every level promoting, expanded a series of research. Based on the analysis of component elements of knowledge management, use of management techniques and strategies, the paper put forward a kind of theoretical framework and management model for micro knowledge management. Then by introducing the typical tools and technologies under the platform of Web2.0, including BLOG, RSS, WIKI, SNS, TAG, etc., this paper expounded these social software had influence and support to the micro knowledge management, that is, these tools can help users aggregate, maintain, storage, share and transfer the micro contents so as to integrate and manage micro knowledge. Finally, this paper took a simple example of micro knowledge management, namely, conducting management to the key words of all articles in the first phase and the second phase of the "China audio-visual education" journal in 2011, further made supplemental instruction and explanation for the above theories and models.
