Researches On Automatic Creation Of Knowledge Items In Knowledge Management System

Nowadays, in an enterprise or organization, knowledge management has become a key technology to increase intelligence of technique, competition, business and strategy. The goal of knowledge management is that the proper knowledge presented by proper formula can be used in proper time by proper person, and then help person solve the tackle meet in the practice. Since knowledge is often implicit in the content of information bodies, how to smartly focus the attention of knowledge workers and search engines on the information bodies valuable for current work practice has became the hot point of KM research and the challenging problem urgent to solve.However, there are two major defects in current knowledge management: the static way and the isolated way, which represented as not gathering the new knowledge created in practice in acquiring of knowledge in time. This resulted in not finding the correct knowledge contacts with the current practice to be referenced by the knowledge worker in the reuse stage of knowledge.Considering the above, We proposes a method, called TCKM (Task-Circumstance-based KM), which adopts the structural description oriented to task circumstance as the semantic indexes for the suitability of information body content and the query requirement of work practice. Also, TCKM will support the development and execution of KM systems with high performance from three dimensions: constructing shared understanding foundation, promoting the open evolution of OM (Organization Memory), and pushing forward the attention economics based on circumstance matching, and in two levels: knowledge process and knowledge meta-process.Instructed by concept description of OM content, the knowledge process provides KIAT (knowledge item abstract tools) and OKAT (organization knowledge abstract tools) to support the construct, maintenance, evolution of OM knowledge level (knowledge item and organization knowledge). The creation of knowledge items is most important and max workload part work. So, this paper has researches on the automation creation of knowledge items. From the creation of context of knowledge items and the task circumstance, reconstructs the automated methods of creating items, improves the speed of creation of knowledge items and lightens the burden of knowledge worker. Moreover, evolves the application domain ontology in the time of creation and maintenance of knowledge itmes.
