Research Of Web2.0-based Enterprise Cooperative Knowledge Management System

21st century is the era of knowledge economy, knowledge is an important part of intangible assets in enterprise, is an important support of business decision intelligence, is an important factor to enhance employee productivity and to promote core competence of enterprises, is the resources that cannot be ignored in sustainable development of enterprises. Given the importance of knowledge, knowledge management becomes increasingly concerned by business managers. Although the concept of knowledge management has been proposed long time ago and its practical applications has been conducted, knowledge management becomes more important due to the proliferation of information and the fiercely competitive of the market.At present, there is a large amount of knowledge in the enterprises, but mostly of it is scattered in the personal computer and even the minds of men. The scattered storage of company data, coupled with the geographical dispersion of the corporate sector led to difficulties in knowledge sharing, lowly collaborate office productivity and the situation that employees are difficult to obtain knowledge. That kinds of decentralized manage manner of knowledge causes serious obstacles to enterprise development. So building enterprise collaborative knowledge management system, concern about the importance and necessity of implementing knowledge management,and use a systematic approach to integrate knowledge management, and fully tap the enterprise's existing knowledge resources, so that the precious knowledge resources and experience of enterprise has been inherited, the level of knowledge information management of enterprise has been enhanced, the mode of transmission of knowledge is changed, the cost of the corresponding knowledge management is controlled, and the core competitiveness of enterprises is promoted.Firstly, this paper discusses the research background and significance of knowledge management system and the status of knowledge management at home and abroad; then analyzes the problems and shortcomings existing in domestic knowledge management system, the main contents of this article are proposed. Secondly, introduce the concepts of knowledge management activities, knowledge management and knowledge management systems. The technology relevant to Web2.0 and its role in knowledge management are described, and the key technology of knowledge classification, knowledge service, knowledge permission model has been researched, the five-tier model and platform architecture of Web2.0-based enterprise are proposed. The construction of high-level knowledge management platform architecture on the one hand can provide a viable management strategy to help companies and employees to conduct business knowledge and personal knowledge management, and ultimately improve the economic efficiency of enterprises, on the other hand, the advantage of relevant technologies can be integrated to provide basic support in specific application platform, as well as creating a good and real environment where the Web2.0 technology applied by enterprise knowledge management. The function modules of the knowledge management system are defined and analysis based on it.Finally, the paper gives the implementation of the prototype of Web2.0-based enterprise collaboration knowledge management system, and analysis the design of main modules in the prototype system and gives the concrete realization. At the end of the paper summary and prospect are proposed.
