With the development of social economy, the modality of socioeconomic and social structure is experiencing great changes. Namely, the society are transferring from economy and society based on industry to economy and society based on knowledge. The 21st Century is knowledge economy period, and then enterprise management is focusing on KM from the material management. It never comes again that the period of using simplex financial capital or material recourse as the basis of enterprise's development and survival. KM is already a brand-new management model. It becomes the most important issue for the innovation and development of modern enterprise management that how to use KM efficiently and how to use asset, logistic, human resource and knowledge. The study on KM can date back to 1990, which empathize on theoretical managerial strategy and seldom discuss the implementation mode of KM System from the perspective of engineering implementation. Otherwise, Studies of KM which aim at the series issues of the inside of enterprise is more merely.The paper firstly introduce and analysis the concept of knowledge, KM, KM system and the prospect of study on KM at home and abroad. Thereby, it analysis the mistake of enterprise's understanding KM system and make summaries of issues from modern enterprise KM systems. To implement an effective KMS and deal with the issues of the recent KMSs, a new enterprise KMS framework is proposed by analyzing the lacks of recent KMS frameworks and the rising characters of web2.0 technologies.Lastly, the paper implements a web2.0-based enterprise knowledge management, and explains the detailed design of modules and components. It is helpful to set up a web2.0-based KMS and implement knowledge sharing and reuse. Finally, the critical technologies and summarizations are expounded.
