With the emergence of web 2.0,Internet has been a new way of digital study,The management of web knowledge has arisen new attention in education field. Seen from the influence of rapid increasement of knowledge in and abroad,Although knowledge increased a lot,the core knowledge increase a little, So it is important to take a workable way to acquire valuable knowledge and manage it by use knowledge management system. This paper proposes a module about knowledge management for the educational development and innovation from the perspective of constructivism study theory and modern educational theory.Based on web2.0, this paper stresses how the architecture solve the difficult problem of tacit knowledge management. To bring about this module, the author designed the program with some new technology such as RSS,Knowledge mirror,Agent,AJAX and database, therefore, an adaptive,workable personal knowledge management system (PKMS) has been designed.Accordingly, The system has a creative innovation, it proposes a new idea of knowledge management based on dynomic management for the users. Furthermore, it analyzes major concepts about knowledge management in teachers'community. Relay on some principles, strategies, phases and steps of knowledge management in PKMS and Community of Practice, this paper proposes several suggestions about knowledge management for the educational development and innovation from the perspective of a developing society.Comparatively, the concepts of KM and web2.0 are new. The study of knowledge management in education field is a hot sport and very meaningful, it is useful to study it both from the theory and implication. Combining with theory of complexity science, the systemic analyse of this paper provides a perfect theoretic frame for application in KM in education field. The detailed analyse and fully evaluation also will be of great significance for instructing the practice of KM in education.
