Knowledge becomes the most important element of production in the era of knowledge economy. As the core of 21st century management science, knowledge management is going to be attached by more and more enterprises and individuals. Beginning with the background of knowledge economy, the needs of education reform, life-long learning and informal learning, I advanced the significance and content of personal knowledge management of graduates in this study. Personal knowledge management of graduates based on web2.0 must pay attention to not only the value of knowledge and tools, but also the important function of person on exchanging and sharing of knowledge.Based on the document analysis, questionnaires and other research methods, according to the characteristics of graduate students, many years of research results on knowledge management at home and abroad, I presented the content of personal knowledge management of graduate students and the elements of personal knowledge management based on web2.0; then, I construct a model of environment on personal knowledge management made the "people, places, events" as the venation; Based on this model, I build a framework on personal knowledge management of graduates based on web2.0; According to this framework, I design questionnaires about the actuality of graduate personal knowledge management based on web2.0, release and return these questionnaires by using online surveys; then I propose the main factors which affect the implementation of graduate personal knowledge management and provide some personal knowledge management strategies for reference.This paper is divided into six chapters: The first chapter is an introduction, describing the backdrop, contents, methods and significance of this study. The second chapter is a review of the research and practice about knowledge management at home and abroad. The third chapter defines some concepts about this research and introduces the basic theories. Chapter IV analyzes the content and necessity of graduate personal knowledge management, tries to build a model of environment on personal knowledge management made the "people, places, events" as the venation, and build a personal knowledge management framework for graduate students based on this model. Chapter V makes a survey and analysis for the actuality of postgraduate personal knowledge management, and then puts forward some possible factors which impact the effective implementation of graduate personal knowledge management. Chapter VI provides some alternative personal knowledge management strategies for the issues raised for the fifth chapter. The last part is the conclusion to sum up this article and make the next step of work to be undertaken.
