| With the continuing progress of internet IT, the KM capability of the organization consequently receives enhancement and better effect. In organization's knowledge management process, besides in the system, cultural and the organization stratification plane makes the improvement, but also should unify the emerging technology to display staff's share individual experience and the knowledge initiative. Web2.0 obtains the widespread application in the Internet domain, its information dissemination pattern and the characteristic cause the Internet to change even more has the individuality and is easy to use. The present paper mainly aims at the study organization knowledge transforms, in the sharing barrier, the analysis recessive knowledge in organization's each stratification plane (individual, team and organization) the conversion process and the barrier, uses Web2.0 the information dissemination sharing characteristic and the superiority, proposes the study organization in promotion recessive knowledge transformation aspect some concrete methods. The main content divides into following four chapters:First chapter main introduction this article research significance, domestic and foreign research present situation, research content, characteristic as well as innovation place.Second chapter elaborated Web2.0 and the study organization's knowledge management.
