With the development of mobile Internet,mobile terminals has become the main terminal of people surfing the Internet,and more and more information appears in the form of fragmentation.Combining micro-information service with knowledge service mode,knowledge service organization gradually creats a service which mainly provides micro-knowledge content to meet people's learning needs.But at present,micro-knowledge service is in the primary stage of development.There are few studies related to the micro-knowledge service and micro-knowledge learning,and the research,which is not mature on the service of mode,content,design,and lacks the basic research theory and framework,is still in the exploratory stage.How to better provide micro-knowledge services is the current issue that the micro-knowledge service organizations and scholars concerned about.As we all know,user is the object of service.So,if we research users's micro-knowledge learning behaviors and the influencing factors of micro-knowledge learning effect,we will understand the characteristics and preferences of user's micro-knowledge learning behavior,and we can obtain the relationship between different factors and micro-knowledge learning effect.On this basis,we can make some targeted strategies for the design and improvement of micro-knowledge service,and then provide better service.Through literature research,combined with the research and development status of micro-knowledge,micro-knowledge service and micro-learning behavior,this paper defined the connotation and composition of micro-knowledge,micro-knowledge service and micro-knowledge learning behavior.Then based on the relevant theory,the framework of micro-knowledge learning behavior process was constructed.This paper research on four aspects that consist of micro-knowledge learning motivation,micro-knowledge seeking behavior,micro-knowledge absorption(learning)behavior and micro-knowledge communication behavior to explore the operational behavior and cognitive behavior.According to the theories of learning effect evaluation and behavioral influence factors,through identifing the indexs of measuring the micro-knowledge learning effect and the factors that influence the micro-knowledge learning effect,this paper constructed the model of influencing factors of micro-knowledge learning effect.According to the research framework and model this paper design questionnaire and obtain data through the network platform,which were analyzed by descriptive statistics,cross statistical analysis and logit regression analysis.In this study,it is found that the micro-knowledge learning behavior is common,and 94.23%people are doing the micro-knowledge learning.In the process of micro-knowledge seeking,there are still 36.33%learners learning micro-knowledge through the PC.The passive information acquisition method accounts for a large proportion in the way of seeking knowledge.User's own learning needs and learning interests are the main basis for users to choose and judge the micro-knowledge content or service,which account for 70.00%.In the process of micro knowledge absorption(learning),45.50%users are more likely to learn micro-knowledge that the professional organizations published and original produced.In terms of learning method,fast browsing has become the mainstream of micro-knowledge learning method(account for 64.08%),and there are a large number of learners skiping and detailed reading(seeing and hearing)as well as selected part article reading.In terms of the method of absorbing knowledge,66.53%learners conduct repetitive learning of same micro-knowledge content,and the users also absorb micro-knowledge in other ways which represent depth learning process,such as "associate the new knowledge with the knowledge learned in the past","integrate the learned knowledge,and sum up the study experience ","associate with some scenes which micro-knowledge can be applied".78.98%learners will have micro-knowledge communication,the main objects of communication are the classmates and friends(account for 79.84%),and their communication mainly through the the way of forwarding,commenting and sharing.From the point of view of the influencing factors of micro-knowledge learning effect,the user's participation and learning depth have a decisive influence on the learning effect.Finally,this paper puts forward the design and improvement of micro-knowledge service from the aspects of service promotion,service system,service content,service innovation and service guidance.
