With reference to the actual demand, the development of system is completed using ASP.NET technology.Firstly, the background of development is made clear, and the development of human resources management system is introduced. Then the business and personnel of the human resources management are analyzed, the present situation of human resources and business requirements are cleared, the characters of human resource management system are introduced. Then the plan is cleared according to the design target and principle, the B/S structure is determined, the functions are designed in the three layer structure model, including recruitment management, personnel information, training, management and so on, at the same time, the database design is completed, Finally, the system function test is completed, the test results are get.For company, human resources management system has been running for six months, the corresponding benefit has appeared, the employee potential is mobilized, the quality of human resources management is promoted; the cost of human resources management is saved, the development of company human resource management is promoted.
