At present,the human resources management systems,which a lot of enterprises adopted are a11 based on C/S (Client/Server) structure.The information management software this structure developed cannot be centralized controlled,and their security function is poor.The clients are overweight loaded and the function of maintaining and reusing are both poor These problems cause the administrators difficult to grasp the situation of the staff accurately,the software administrators difficult to maintain the system.and the expenses of hardwarealso increase.As a result,how to share the information.improve the system's security andreduce the load of computers has already become the focus which the supervisors of eachenterprise pay close attention to the administrators of enterprises need a new human resources information management system to solve the above—mentioned problems urgently.Combining with the actual background of woyo Co.,Ltd ,this paper develops a human resources information management system on the basis of the NET platform.On tcchnological realization,the system adopts B/S(Browser/Server)structure,which is different from the traditional C/S(Client/Server} structure.Most functions in B/S structure are realized in the end of the Server,in this way the load of the Server is decreased.On designing mode,the system adopts three-layer Web applying programs and the developing and designing model on the basis of ASP.NET.This model divides Web applying program into three basic levels:User's interface level.Business logic level and the date access level.This system is good to separate the business logic and the express,which increase the system's reusability and expansibility.After carrying out the human resources management system,the centralized government of personnel,attendance,training,performance examine,job applications and system maintenance is fulfilled.The relevant personnel are free from the numerous and complicated personnel information management.and their working efficiency is improved.This system adopts B/S mode's three—level structure,makes information get centralized control,maintainability and reusability is improved.the load of the client is decreased and thesecurity iS stronger.
