As the key support equipment of the fully-mechanized face, hydraulic support develops very quickly in recent years. For meeting the requirements of high yield and high efficiency of coal mining, its strength and technology content are becoming higher and higher. However, imperfect of corresponding inspection equipments hinders new product's study and market promotion. So research and development of the new test-bed and the advanced supervisory control system, not only provides essential condition for testing experiments, but also reduces labor intensity and improves test efficiency.This paper takes the FS913 type hydraulic support test-bed as the control object, completes the design of the supervisory control system, and mainly carries on the following research works.After the analysis of structure and function of test-bed and MT312-2000 test standard, the paper adopts the hierarchical control mode using IPC as the host computer and PLC as the lower computer. It analyses the composition of the supervisory control system, and then determines the total design scheme of software and hardware.Based on the function requirement of the supervisory control system, the structure of hardware is designed. It carries out the selection of hardware according to the requirements of safety, real-time and reliability, designs the control loop of solenoid valve, data acquisition system and communication of upper and lower computer, and takes anti-interference measures after analyzing the source of system interference.On the base of modular method, the function and structure of supervisory control software is designed. The upper computer software with good man-machine interface is developed using VB6.0. On the basis of test data flow, the data module and database are designed by using PowerDesigner, and the test data manage system is built, which is convenient for the management of user authority and test data and the printing of report. In accordance with the technological requirements of MT312-2000, the software of lower computer is exploited. The PLC automatic control procedure and pressure protection procedure is programmed by STEP7. And the delay problem of pressure control is solved by the intelligent setting of test parameters. The communication of upper and lower computer chooses the master-slave mode and the upper computer plays an active role. And the communication is realized by using MSComm, while lower computer chooses free port mode.The result of the field debugging and analysis shows that the system meets the requirements of hydraulic support test.Finally, summary and prospect is given.
