Hydraulic control system is a kind of control system, it is often used in the industry and the effective management of hydraulic test data. It is facing a big challenge now. It has become an important component for the research of hydraulic test system, that managing these data which spending a great deal of time and energy, by safely, orderly and intelligence means. At the same time, using the data to form a history test database by the meaning of visualization,it can complete storage and use of these data. In this paper, exploiting a database system by virtual instrument technology, database technology, database technology and data transmission technology. It is base on Lab VIEW and Lab SQL database software the which has multiple functions,such as data acquisition, storage, transmission and management. System database using SQL language, the ODBC data source and Lab SQL database to access collecting test data to store in the SQL Server database.This paper introduces the researching of database system and the key technology, the system software and hardware components and the design of database system. In the process of database design, the analysis and design of two function modules are carried out, that is, the real time data system module and the test data report form system module. In the selection of hardware, introducing the distribution of data acquisition card, the test parameters acquisition channel selection and the link relations of data acquisition card, the terminal board and sensor. In the designing of database system, it mainly analyzes the demand of electro-hydraulic proportional pressure test system and the interviewing means between database system and Lab VIEW. Finally using the concrete experiment to text the design of database system for the application and validation.
