With the rapid development of computer and information technology,using new technology and equipment to mordernize gate control equipment,management of the entire reservoir,and constructing intelligent reservoir is inevitable.Intelligent control system of the reservoir will not only enhance the accuracy of the information,and the flexibility of gate control but also further tap the pontential of the reservoir,enhance the reliability and safety of reservoir and improve the operational effectiveness of the reservoir,at the same time a scientific basis is provided for the higer level department to formulate food and drought management planes.According to the actuality of the studied water power station,the thesis use Ethernet communications technology to remotely monitor and control of the reservoir water level and the gate. The PLC is communicated to the computer, the supervise computer analyses and processes the information by the PLC.The PLC collects the information through FieldBus.The paper pays more attention to the design of SCADA of upper computer by iFIX. Inorder to realize real-time control, alarm, data statistics, data inquiry, equipment information, report and other functions, the iFIX used to deal with all upper information. Through developing such configuration pictures as various kinds of monitoring, state, control, Fault, data statistics, etc., make field state clear display on the computer screen.Interface Software can be realized through the development of data submitted to the water supply system to provide information related to data requirements.For the measurement of the flow based on BP neural network modeling.Finally, a discussion is shown on improving the anti-interference ability of the supervisory control system of hydraulic gate.
