Mining Support Test Hydraulic System Computer Control

The very important question of the coal mine safety has been paid more and more attention from various circles of society. In the situation, the quality of mine support has become particularly important. Mine support test-bed is the test equipment of mine support at factory or after maintenance, and its performance relates to the quality of mine support and the safety of coal production.According to the request of relevant standard of coal industry for support test-bed, the computer control system for mine support test-bed has been designed after analyzing the status quo of control system for support test-bed. The system adopts the computer-centralized control. The hardware of the system is made up of IPC-610-H of Advantech, PCL-818L analog I/O card, PCL-730 digital I/O card and encoder etc. The IPC is the core of the whole system. By using relevant card, the IPC collects and controls the pressure of the pumping station and controls the motion synchronous for the four-cylinder. Meanwhile, it controls the action of the bolt and judges the situation of the bolt's action.The software of the system is developed by using of VB 6.0 on Windows platform. By using the modularized and structured design, the software has the good features such as high reliability, flexibility, and easy operation etc. The software provides a friendly interactive interface, so you can easily choose the way of four-cylinder motion synchronous control and the bolt action buttons, and set the pressure of pumping station. Through these operations, the automatic control of the pump station, the four-cylinder synchronous motion, and the bolt action can be achieved. At the same time, the pressure of the pump station, the displacement state of the hydraulic cylinder, the state of the displacement error and the bolt action are being real-time displayed, which make things easy for the operators to monitor on-site equipment. The computer control system for mine support test-bed supported by science and technology project in Taiyuan, has been used in the greatest current support test-bed (20000KN) in China successfully. It achieves good effects and high praises of the users, and has been passed the examination of the factory.
