To deal with the core components rely on imports, poor machine performance, high energyconsumption and the weakness of independent innovation ability about shoes and bricks in fujianprovince, it’s very important for the enterprise to obtain credible, reliable test data by testing thedynamic performance of hydraulic system. However, there is a shortage of corresponding testequipment. Therefore, the development of hydraulic test bench of shoe and brick machine willprovide the necessary test conditions, and the research is of great value for engineeringapplication and will contribute to the progress of shoes and bricks.The paper mainly focuses on the research and development of computer measurement andcontrol system for hydraulic test bench of shoe and brick machine. Its main works are as follows:1. Based on analyzing requirements of test control system, structure of the hardware for themeasurement and control system is devised, and the design of hardware system is completed.Products of all modules are selected, an access panel for the sensor signal and a circuit for Localremote switch is designed. In order to enhance the testing precision, the origins of disturbance isanalyzed, and the corresponding anti-interference measures are presented.2. On the basis of the PID control, generalized predictive control based on least squaresupport vector machine is designed, which is applied in the process of steering system backpressure.3. In accordance with the modular design idea, software for the measurement and controlsystem is designed and realized. The software can test the dynamic performance of hydraulicsystem, and can control the hydraulic system.4. According to the characteristics of shoe and brick machine, the correspondingexperimental test plans are presented. Finally, the measurement and control system is verified byexperiments, and the results show that the measurement and control system can meet therequirements, which is reliable and stable.
