The Design And Research Of Measurement And Control System For Electro Hydraulic Proportional Pressure Flow Control Test Bench Based On LabView

Electro hydraulic proportional control technology has become one of the basic technologies of modern control engineering.This paper takes Chang'an University electrohydraulic proportional test bed as the research object,designed the electro-hydraulic proportional control system based on LabVIEW,the system mainly includes data collection,database and PLC communication module.Firstly,the hardware structure of electrohydraulic proportional test bed are introduced,the overall structure and design of measurement and control system are determined according to the performance components performance test and system test of the electrohydraulic proportional test bed.By means of modular analysis,each experiment is divided into three modules: data acquisition module,database communication module and PLC communication module.Then,the data acquisition module of the data acquisition module is selected,and the data acquisition module is set up on the LabVIEW platform,which enables the host computer and the data acquisition card to communicate;next,the database access mode is selected,and the SQL statement is sent through LabVIEW to realize the operation of the database,and the communication between the measurement and control system and the database is completed;after that,the selection of the lower computer PLC is completed,and the communication module is built on the industrial computer based on Lab VIEW,which makes the PLC communicate with the upper computerFinally,according to the progressive modular structure design criteria,the operation interface of the measurement and control system is designed.Each test is classified and encapsulated to form a complete system;in addition,the alarm program is designed to monitor the daily operation parameters and test parameters,and avoid the dangerous situation caused by improper operation...
